Partner Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating a Partner account on xudio, you ("the Partner") agree to these Terms on behalf of your organisation. These Terms govern your access to the xudio Partner Portal and all associated data, dashboards, and tools.

2. Partner Account

Each Partner organisation is issued a unique Partner Code. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must promptly notify xudio of any unauthorised access.

3. Student Data

xudio provides Partners with aggregated and anonymised performance analytics for students who have voluntarily linked to their organisation using your Partner Code. Partners may not:

• Attempt to re-identify individual students beyond what is displayed in the dashboard
• Share, sell, or transfer student data to third parties
• Use data for purposes other than improving educational outcomes for enrolled students

4. Acceptable Use

Partners agree to use the platform solely for legitimate educational and training purposes. The following are prohibited:

• Scraping, bulk-exporting, or automated querying of student data beyond provided tools
• Misrepresenting affiliation with xudio to students or third parties
• Using partner access to compete with or undermine xudio's service

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials on xudio remain the property of xudio. Partners are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Partner Portal for the purposes described in these Terms.

6. Free Tier & Billing

The Partner Portal is currently available free of charge during the early-access period. xudio reserves the right to introduce paid tiers in the future with reasonable notice. Partners on a free tier will be given the option to upgrade or export their data before any access change takes effect.

7. Limitation of Liability

xudio provides the platform "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, xudio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Partner Portal.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the Partner relationship at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Portal will be revoked and student linkages to your Partner Code will be dissolved. xudio may retain aggregated, anonymised data for service improvement purposes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to These Terms

xudio may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify Partners by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Portal after that date constitutes acceptance.
